Background
Paul has worked in a variety of public and independent sector organisations including leadership roles with the English NHS, Optum International and Milliman LLP. He is the founder and CEO of HD-Labs focusing on the implementation of enterprise digital solutions in in government sector. With over 25 years’ experience in product and service management Paul supports clients to develop and implement data and Artificial Intelligence strategies that have maximum impact in addressing societies’ most pressing challenges.
Paul is a lumina learning practitioner, a trustee of Connex community support and STEM ambassador in Derbyshire, UK. In 2024 Paul became Chaire of Global Map Aid.
