Background  

 

David is a results-oriented environmental health and sanitation specialist with 36 years of experience spanning wastewater management, regulatory oversight, and green technology implementation. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated local, state, and federal permitting processes and secured critical grants for global infrastructure and demonstration projects. He has managed large-scale international sanitation initiatives and led diverse, multidisciplinary teams for prominent global organizations.  

His foundational work includes serving as an Environmental Health Specialist for Yavapai County, where he managed septic tank compliance and monitored over 2,000 rural water supply systems. David is also an accomplished author in his field, having published the Septage Management Guide for Local Governments with USAID and How to Design Wastewater Systems for Local Conditions in Developing Countries with IWA Press.
